Trivia: Was married to actress Marilyn Monroe for nine months in 1954. And his brothers, Dom & Vince were both MLB players. Dom & Joe are the only Brothers to both have 30 game hit streaks. Joe also had a 61 game hit streak for the S.F. Seals minor league team.

Awards: All-Star (5): 1942, 1950-1953; American League MVP 1950

Trivia: The book O Holy Cow! The Selected Verse of Phil Rizzuto uses transcripts of his broadcasts to create poetry. Rizzuto was also the first mystery guest on the TV series What's My Line? upon its premiere in 1950. His numbers are similiar to Don Kessinger. Dave Concepcion had better numbers and better glove and will never be in the HOF. Rizzuto was only inducted into the HOF because his buddies were on the Old-timers committee. He does belong in the HOF but not as a player but as a broadcaster.

Trivia: Won his first World Series championship with the 1996 Yankees, and celebrated by riding a police horse around Yankee Stadium. He was never a "true" Yankee. Graig Nettles belongs on this list.

Trivia: The first player in major league history to amass 100 or more home runs for three different clubs: the A's, Yankees, and Angels. He is another one who is not a true Yankee, but is the best DH they had. He was the first player to sign a million dollar contract, signing with the Yanks in 1977 at 5 years for 2.5 mil.

You drop Wade Boggs at 3rd inject #13 Alex.Rodriguez, Put Burn Bernie Burn in Center , What did Demaggio play against a bunch of white guys with no latin/black players, take the babe out too who did hit against, he never hit against a Rivera type pitcher,sit him down, Doc Rivers in Left, So the outfield should look like this===Left. Doc Rivers, Center Bernie in his prime, then Mickey in Right, that would be the best set up.

Rizzuto hit .273 in his 13 year career with 38 homers and 563 RBIs, he also stole a 149 bases. Derek Jeter is in his 12th year and has a lifetime batting average of .315, 174 homers, 799 RBIs and 224 stolen bases. And he's only 32. It's not even close, and getting more ridiculous with each at bat.
